Bread by the Loaf

Our Country Loaves Use a blend of 80% white Italian flour and 20% whole wheat Italian flour.

Banjo's Classic Country Sourdough Loaf

2lb./$10

Our Signature Boule! Made using just 3, high quality, ingredients: flour, water, salt. This is the base dough used for all of our breads here at Banjo Bakes.

Jalapeno Cheddar Loaf

1.5lb./$10

Our spicy jalapenos come from local organic farms, we use grass-fed sharp white cheddar.  Spicy, cheesy, savory, deliciousness.  A crowd favorite!  

Cinnamon Raisin

1.5lb./$10

A scoop of cinnamon, a dash of vanilla extract, and a whole lot'a raisins. Makes for a wonderfully sweet breakfast toast.

Chia and Pumpkin Seeds

1.5lb./$10

Our classic country loaf made with a blend of superfood seeds, including heirloom pumpkin seeds, incorporated into the dough. Roasted seeds sprinkled on top. When toasted, it gets a deep nutty flavor, perfect with a slab of butter and a pinch of salt!

Sandwich Loaf- White or Whole Wheat

The ultimate vehicle for a perfect PB&J (or in our case, AB&J).  With 5 main ingredients: flour, water, salt, local organic honey, and grass-fed organic , this sandwich bread blows any store bought bread out of the water! 

Toasted Sesame Country Loaf

Our classic country loaf, but with toasted organic sesames inside and out!
 

Cranberry, Orange, Almond Country Loaf

1.5lb./$10

Made with dried organic cranberries (sweetened only with organic apple juice, and preservative-free), organic orange zest and juice, crushed almonds, organic coconut sugar and homemade vanilla extract.

Parmesan Herb Country Loaf

1.5lb./$10

Organic Herbs de Provence, Black Pepper, Grass-fed Organic Parm Cheese.


Focaccia- We make this 1x/Month

Our Focaccia uses 100% Italian Import Flour, Distilled Water, Cold-Pressed Italian Olive Oil, and Himalayan Salt.

Rosemary Focaccia

$10/10" Square

Sourdough, but in the form of a golden, bubbly, oily, fluffy square. Using  the same 3 ingredient dough base, we are able to obtain this spongey delight by adding organic cold-pressed olive oil.  


Bagels & Pretzels

All our items are 100% naturally leavened. No yeast ever used.

Sourdough Bagels

 A newly perfected menu item. 100% Organic Sourdough Bagel. 4 main ingredients: flour, water, local organic honey, and salt. These bagels are a breakfast staple. Flavors include: Plain, Everything, Jalapeno Cheddar, and Sesame. 

Sourdough Pretzels Buns

3/$10

100% sourdough. Fluffy, yet strong, this bun will certainly hold up to your juiciest burger. No soggy buns over here. German-approved, too!


Sweets

Sourdough Snickerdoodle

$5/2 Cookies

Snickerdoodle, but make it sourdough. Using local, organic, grass-fed butter. Rolled in Cinnamon Sugar. Kid-approved!

Sourdough Shortbread Cookie
