Due to popular demand, we present to you: our rye loaf! Made with a blend of organic dark rye and organic whole wheat, caraway seeds spread throughout the crumb and sprinkled on top, this bread is exactly what you need for a classic Rueben sandwich.
The ultimate vehicle for a perfect PB&J (or in our case, AB&J). With 5 main ingredients: flour, water, salt, local organic honey, and some cold-pressed organic olive oil, this sandwich bread blows any store bought bread out of the water! Kid approved!

A newly perfected menu item. 100% Organic Sourdough Bagel. 4 main ingredients: flour, water, local organic honey, and salt. These bagels are a breakfast staple. Flavors include: Plain, Everything, Jalapeno Cheddar, Asiago, and Sesame.
100% Organic Sourdough, but in the form of a golden, bubbly, oily, fluffy square. Using the same 3 ingredient dough base, we are able to obtain this spongey delight by adding organic cold-pressed olive oil.
100% Organic Sourdough Focaccia with Sundried Tomatoes, and Crushed Garlic on top.
