People with gluten sensitivities often go to Europe and are able to eat all of the bread and pasta they desire without ever feeling bloated or sick afterwards. This is because GMO's (genetically modified organism) are banned, and the use of harsh pesticides and herbicides is very rare. This is why we use 100% Italian import flour. Along with being GMO-free and glyphosate-free, this flour is also unbleached and unbromated. Additionally, this flour has not been fortified with synthetic vitamins and minerals.
We proudly use Redmond's Real Salt and distilled-at-home water in our loaves.
Our dough goes through an extended fermentation process of 3 days, making it more bioavailable and easier to digest.

We fire up the bread oven every Wednesday and Friday. Call or text us to place an order for either of these days to ensure you get the freshest bread! Pick up in Nancy or Somerset.

Due to popular demand, we present to you: our rye loaf! Made with a blend of organic dark rye and organic whole wheat, caraway seeds spread throughout the crumb and sprinkled on top, this bread is exactly what you need for a classic Rueben sandwich.
The ultimate vehicle for a perfect PB&J (or in our case, AB&J). With 5 main ingredients: flour, water, salt, local organic honey, and grass-fed butter, this sandwich bread blows any store bought bread out of the water! Kid approved!

A newly perfected menu item. 100% Organic Sourdough Bagel. 4 main ingredients: flour, water, local organic honey, and salt. These bagels are a breakfast staple. Flavors include: Plain, Everything, Jalapeno Cheddar, and Sesame.
100% Organic Sourdough, but in the form of a golden, bubbly, oily, fluffy square. Using the same 3 ingredient dough base, we are able to obtain this spongey delight by adding organic cold-pressed olive oil.
